BMW Yes4Youth Student Program (2025)

BMW Group South Africa is excited to launch the Yes4Youth (Y4Y) Program, a 12-month fixed-term contract offering opportunities for young South Africans to gain valuable workplace experience. This initiative aims to combat youth unemployment and equip participants with practical skills in a stimulating, fast-paced environment.

Program Aim

This program provides hands-on work experience and skill development within BMW’s dynamic workplace, empowering participants for future career opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• South African youth aged 18 to 34.
• Completed tertiary studies.
• Currently unemployed.
• Must not have participated in a Y4Y program before.

Program Locations

• Participants will be based in Gauteng in one of the following locations:
• Midrand Campus, Johannesburg
• Rosslyn Plant, Pretoria
• Menlyn (BMW IT Hub), Pretoria

• Monthly Stipend
